Well I have no idea if these two are even in teh same Level, but I am gonna go with Abraxas for the fact that he defeated many Galactus, and Roma

Short of taking out a multitude of alternate reality Galactus' one by one, he has never ever done anything impressive on panel.

No impressive demonstration of matter/energy manipulation to place him anywhere but just above Galactus.

There is a difference between role and power.

Abraxas' role may very well have been destruction on a multiverse wide scale, that doesnt make him a multiversal power.

Without impediment, Jubilee could go around and eventually destroy the entire surface world. Would that make her a power on a global scale?

Global would just be the scale of her intentions, the chosen scale of her activity, NOT her power level.

Abraxas going from universe to universe causing damage makes the scale of his operations multiversal, however it certainly doesnt mark his power level as anything but universal scale.

Why dont you show us an impressive feat of energy/matter even time manipulation from Abraxas on a massive scale?

Because as far as i've seen, hes done nothing but beat up on a dozen Galactus'


Abraxas deteriorated dimensional barriers as he flew from universe to universe hunting down Galactus'. This resulted in inhabitants from another dimension crossing over on to Earth 616. Thats lovely MM. Whats your point?

Rachel Grey has caused realities to fold into each other by accident whilst also making interdimensional trips.

He did this one by one.

As shown in my scan, its not hard for any half decent power to travel between a dimension and cause them to collapse on each other. Rachel did this. She then easily stopped it.

The fact that Rachel can do this does not make her multiversal.
