Prime in both, IMO, with Countdown Prime taking this in a stomp.

IC Prime would be such a cool fight to watch. He'd win, but would take a lot of damage.

And besides before Prime got stuck in the red sun Conner was shitstomped all over the place and as a matter of fact would have been killed had the Teen Titans and crew not interfered.
