As for the Genis thing, never happened. The battle between himself and Entropy vs. Eternity took place off panel, so there is no solid proof of what exactly he, and he alone did.

As for the 'recreation' feat, Genis merely assisted Entropy in recreating a big bang, by shooting him in the head:
