This fight probaly been don a gazilioen times but f*ck that!
Who would win in a fist fight and a intelecual battle ? Joker or Lex?

Joker was ready to kill him just recently in Salvation Run #6 when they went H2H.

Lex would win an intellectual battle.

That battle was PIS, in my opinion, Lex's extensive Martial Arts training is ignored way too often
