Very long but very informative. Keep in mind that Joker isn't mention because it remains a mystery if the Joker knows (or doesn't know the secret identity of Batman) the truth.

Worth a read for every bat-geek.

Joker does know that Batman is Bruce Wayne, although it seems that many people missed this.
