oh its on popeye has survived some brutal beatings by bluto. bee hive over his head hotdog bun with a stick of dynamite instead of a hot dog in it. plus he has to put up with that nag oliveoil. supes wouldnt last thirty seconds of that lind of abuse. didnt popeye once knock galactus so hard he threw up a bunch of planets he ate for breakfast...?

I'd say it's more like reality warping then matter manip personally.

Popeye 7/10 (assuming Supes still has his speed advantage he can likely pull out 3 wins). Going punch for punch with Popeye is suicide.
