Can the movie's version of Spawn take the current comic Iron Man, Tony Stark?

I don't think so

Yes....movie Spawn would just remove Tony from his suit just like he removed the weapon trigger from Jason Wynn's heart. He would just remove Tony from his suit and destroy him.

Also in the movie when Spawn went to hell he killed off the hellspawn army within a few seconds by blasting them all at the same time.
