Thanos yeah he wins like 7+ out of ten no doubt in my mind. Firstorm could try to trap him in something unbreakable but Thanos can transmute matter too right?

No prep the team has a chance with all striking simultaneously. Might come down to whether or not the lasso works on The Mad Titan.

And I hope we're talking Thanos before Drax killed him. I suspect the next time we see him he'll be an aspect of Death...easily owning the team.
