I think the most recent Doom 2099 had remembered his mystical teachings from his past (616), and had added a few fun things to his armor like phasing (among other things, and most of his base powers from 616).

So good fight.

I think Doom may take it.

Doom was prepared for Magneto before. I cant see why a later version wouldnt either.
