Nemesis was dual weilding a rocket launcher and a mini-gun, those feats alone put him along Marv.

does nemesis have a nice coat...... as i am sure that is a nice coat he is wearing... it will be sure a waste of a good coat to get the nemsis blood on it ... Marv is easily going to take this one....if it was from re3 he would die of cource
