The Great Evi Beast was an aspect of the Vertigo Presence. Who in itself isn't supreme, Lucifer 75.

The Brothers were terribly flawed.

Classic Beyonder was a supreme being unto himself, and much more imo,
no other "supreme being" of any kind should be able to surpass him.
