Was the Mark II capable of flight?

In the movie it was capable of flight. Wtf is the spidey-mobile anyway i'm guess its no better then the batmobile. Does mkII have emp weapons and can the mkII have anything to defend against that and does anyone for else for that matter?? If not BAtmobil wins I think bats should have a emp weapon like that or am i mistaken? If not MKII wins due to sheer speed and maneuverability.
