stalemate imo. runner was more powerful than surfer way back when, thats still hella powerful but surfer has gone through mega upgrades, whereas the runner has not. he is still where he was since last we saw him.
he's still invulnerable to death but i don't think he could put gog down either. (maybe after years of combat (if gog can go the distance) the runner will triumph, but who cares)
