Batman vs V in a 12 round boxing match

TKO are out and you can be saved by the bell if the fight somehow come down to a draw they fight more rounds until there is a decided winner. Both are wearing boxing gear with the helmets on.

I would say Batman. While V seems to be faster, Batman seems to have the much better H2H skills, which is mostly what matters in a boxing match.
