Blake Alice vs. the Darkforce

Is the Darkforce Dimension mystical in nature? Would Black Alice be able to steal the powers of someone who used it? All? Maybe some but not others? None?

Alice can steal the power of God's wrath - so logically speaking, this shouldn't be a problem.
