1. 3 years prep.
2. Help from Uatu. Full acess to Watcher tech and explanation on how to use it. Uatu can teleport them anywhere they want and get them any tech they will need, but will not give them anymore help.
3. Thanos is not part of this A-Wave.
4. Basic knowledge on every aspect of A-wave.
5. Assume they will not fight amongst themselves.
