each charecter has 2 hours rest between each fight all standard gear

don't know about including Omega is the list, kind narrows the opposition options a little as it kinda takes specialist abilities to beat his powers, not to mention his armor is almost at adamantium lvl.

Wolverine is my pick though, without Omega there the possibilities open up a bit more

IMO no street leveler without prep can take this entire gaunlet.

Especially with only two hours rest in b/w each fight.

At least give them full recovery.
