Elijah Snow vs Blob

so, planetary is frickin' AWESOME and i'm almost done the series. snow rocks, but it's hard to tell where his powers max out. could he take out the blob?

has bobby ever frozen the blob? in the series snow froze dracula -- an immortal. could snow freeze thor or hercules you think? i wonder who could resist his freezing abilities . . . (aside from ss, firelord-types)
