I think Zzzax will win maybe I should say classic Zzzax's because he use to have some good showings against Hulk or I thought he did.

He had good showings against Powerman, til Luke tricked him

Zzzax used to be able to scortch Hulk's skin and control the Hulk at full strength Zzzax is 40 feet has an output of several hundred thousand volts of electricty

Wendigo's strength maybe too much

Zzzax is also Corporeal althought Hulk has held him while in pure energy
