so, he runs the herald gauntlet. how far can he possibly make it?

Non-jobbing, he can make it to probably Stardust or Surfer. Seriously, how many of these heralds have ever used their power cosmic for something besides basic offensive blasts?

Firelord and Redshift have shown some interesting uses of the PC, but I agree that he would probably make it to Stardust. Morg might be able to take a split though.

Silver Age Loki had bitchin' reality warping, so he'd clear.

Current? I'd say Red Shift, Morg and Surfer take a majority.
