Well, I don't know too much about Tombstone, mostly having seen him in animation rather than comics, but it doesn't seem to me that he is vastly physically superior to Croc. If Daredevil can beat Tombstone, and Bats can beat Croc, they would seem to be close to equals to my mind.

Any scans of DD beating Tombstone?

Hmm, I have perhaps strayed too far into assumption. From the picture listed above, I thought that they must have fought, and from that I figured that DD would have beaten him, being the hero and all. I'm afraid I just don't know enough about him to contribute intelligently to this.

ABC logic, Batman and DD sure are near stats, but each character has their own way of thinking and fighting different power-set or type of heroes/villains.

example: DD can't face Tombstone 1 vs 1, use his environment, while Batman can 1 vs 1 Croc with ease.

Tombstone is superior to Killer Croc in every single way, unless there is someone out there that believes that Bane all juiced up is above class 15 which he is not.

Bane is also above Killer Croc if I am not mistaken. Tombstone would rip Croc apart.

I've only seen Tombstone in the animated serie's aswell, but from what I can remember he absolutley owned Spider-Man.

Still, Croc would get in a few good punches before he got his ribs broken.

Tombstone may have owned Spidrman in the 90's cartoon, but its a different story in the comic. Lonnie possesses incredible durability, but in pure strength Spiderman is his superior.
As for the winner in a fight with Killer Croc, I've read that Croc is in the 10-25ton strength class (in Wikipedia) -this makes him stronger than Tombstone, so if true 1 give Croc the majority 8/10

Tombstone has been stated by DD to be very very quick. I've always thought he was a 5 tonner.
Also Killer Croc has been straight up koed by Wildcat in a fist fight I think.
