You'd probably have to specify which version of OP. To my understanding (which is limited) there are several.

It's not important, but amusing, to note that the original Death's Head punked a lot of Transformers, and was roughly on par with OP and his ilk. But he was also their size at the time before being shrunk down to normal human size.

DHII > DH, but again he's normal size, so there's a substantial difference there.
