Omega Red has better defense than Doc Ock and he is a better fighter. Doc Ock may be smarter. But not when it comes to combat. Omega Red ftw in both fights.

Red's tendrils (KEY DIFFERENCE! 😛 ) can block bullets. He's also been able to hold Colossus, punch through Iron Man's armor, decimate Wolverine&Sabes in fights, and take out a few X-team rosters.

Ock's screwed. Red rips Ock's tentacles out and kills him ala Davy Jones in Pirates 3. By sending his tendrils into his mouth and out his nose.
