Punisher vs The Thing

Punisher is limited to conventional weaponry. He has 1 day's prep.and $1 billion dollar budget. Can he take down the Thing?

To be quite honest he'd probably find a way. He can get hold of low-grade nukes and had equipment powerful enough to severaly hurt or kill Ulik.

Uh...yea. Easily. 😬

I don't think he could get a hold of any REALLY powerful weapon in a single day. If he could and his budget was a whole billion, The Thing would go down.

Limited to conventional weapons and given only a day, I don't see the Punisher pulling out the win.

I guess it depends. What is your interpretation of 'conventional weaponry'?

Instead of spending the money, he could throw it at the thing, therefore having enough time to escape while the thing was blinded.

Damn good showing from Frank vs a guy that goes H2H with Thor. Frank loses in the end but shows he can use his weapons against powerful characters and shows some agility as well.

Note:Frank was willing to blow himself up in the process with spent plutonuim (yeah he can get his hands on that as well), it may not have killed Ulik but it probably would have really really really ****** him up. [/B]

Im pretty sure Thing can survive tank fire, which should be more than Punisher can get his hands on in a day. However, I do wonder what Thing's resistance to poison is.

Well Nick Fury could have killed Proffessor Hulk with an armour piercing bullet to the eye. Im sure that Frank can get hold of that in a day.
