Number 5 from the Short Circuit movies?

Well, no question; Number 5. He's built for war. David is just a kid who shits his pants when he's left in the woods. Now the Teddy Bear, that's another matter. He was the smartest character in that movie. In both those movies, come to think of it.

Number 5 is a war robot turned artificial intelligence turned pacifist.

David is an android boy.

Number 5 takes this, easily.
