is it possible a lighsaber can be broken

He obviously means the blades guys. I heard if you leave it on or can't turn it off after four hours you have to do something about it fast before it gets damaged.

cortorosis can kill the blades too, but if he meant the blade, he should have said the blade.

If you sit on the blade or lay it down the wrong way it can also cause problems.

Make sure if the blade can't be deactivated after four hours...to seek the appropriate attention.

As stated by others, something about a four hour limit before your lightsaber malfunctions (though I'm not sure where that is from, where was that established?).

Additionally, the synthetic crystals of a red Sith lightsaber can, in extreme rarity, overpower the average Jedi lightsaber and cause it to shut off prematurely, similarly to breaking someone's swordblade.

I thought I read..(dont remember where) that certain yellow blades can cut through normal lightsabers and were banned by the council....Im sure it can be googled but I just dont care enough...lol
