This is truly biased for any Juggs version since once he takes a step forward his momentum powers will carry him forward. Unless someone side steps him and keeps pushing him forward out of the ring--which someone with superspeed could potentially do now that I think about it....Superman could just stand right by the edge of the ring, act like he was falling out, and then zip around and push/pull Juggs out.
Also, I'm not sure how the match ends--does one have to actually touch outside the ring? If so, Superman simply flies to keep himself from touching and flies back into the ring to do it again until he wins. If his enemy is holding onto him then he simply hovers until he can throw the enemy off. Ain't I smart?
