A smart fight would have team two winning except for Captain America who can't fly would pretty much be canon fodder, but the other team could just stay in the air and use their weapons on the other team since the other team is pretty much grounded except for Hulk jumping ability. I see since these guys are around mach flight speed or faster he would jump at one get grab by another one and toss 50 miles away leaving Ghost Rider Wolverine & Spider-Man to fight the hopeless fight.
