Aquaman vs Thane Ector

In an attempt to add Atlantis' military might to his own Thane Ector attempts to usurp Arthur's throne/kingdom, the only way for Aquaman to keep his kingdom is through mortal combat. The rules are simple, the last man standing wins, dead or alive.

The battle takes place within a gladiatorial arena like that of ancient times.

Thane Ector would win. He was whipping on a team of Avengers.

I really liked this character. Thane Ector reminded me of Thanos as a middle weight. Marvel would do well to bring him back.

Thane was a decent character, but I hated that Avengers storyline and period. I dropped the book right after the Thane story.
