jack knight vs the ray

he has the cosmic rod and ray is at regular power.

I think Ray would be able to eat Jack's shields and beams. So unless Ray likes to melee and can be knocked out by juijitsu and getting bonked in the head by a cosmic rod, Ray wins.

I want to say Ray but I'm not sure if he can take a hit from the cosmic rod...

The worst I've seen it do to a person is vaporize two people, the original Mist's children I think, and frazzle Captain Marvel a bit. I don't mean physically frazzle, more like "C'mon!" frazzle.

If Ray has a shield or can control a wide array of energies, he should be fine.
