In his Universe or Reality they're were. It took Genis-Vell,Thanos & Thor to banish him not kill but only banish him temporarily

Urizen was a threat to both God and Satan( in Spawn two omnipotent Characters if I recall correctly) and they couldn't do anything but contain him, I cannot really see Walker winning this...

Urizen was a beast. As strong as Walker was, I think he loses this fight.
