My team (shooting for a team that could actually be CHALLENGED by sub-skyfather opponents as well as a more even gender split):

1) Leader: Captain America
2) Magic: Talisman
3) Muscle: She-Hulk
4) Science/Tech: Reed Richards
5) Street-Levellish: Spider-Man
6) Speed: Upgraded Northstar

PS: The personality conflicts on this team could actually be interesting, rather than merely detrimental to team performance. Plus, the witticisms of both Shulky and Spidey are a great addition to the team.
