You can never save enough food nor water, so your best bet is to learn how to live off the land and how to purify things. If it comes to that, I have the knowledge, so no, I'm not worried about it.

On another note, if my time comes where I may get sickly and die, then that is what it'll be. I'm not too concerned with myself as I am about others that I care about.
