Yeah, if it's regular Spidey. If it's symbiote Spidey, he'll have a much better chance of dealing some damage.

True But Iron Man has the clear advantage but he has no shields i guess so it makes the fight more interesting.

He has the advantage, true, but since the symbiote enhances Spidey's strength & other abilities, he wouldn't be as easily beat.
