Iron-Man over Ms Marvel
She-Hulk over Hercules

two on one against Wolverine. He would do well against She-Hulk, but Iron Man wtfpwn him with laser beam ftw.

Iron Man has the versatility to hold off pretty much everyone on team 2. Add in She-Hulk's strength and Spider-Man, and this is a solid majority for team 1.
