Probably not without the UN. G has initial trouble with foes he does not understand or met before....agamotto, dr. strange, and mephisto aside, he's had limited exposure to magic.

That's not to say he has a weakness to magic, but rather Galactus is a creature and master of science; he does not dabble in magic.

Agreed, but still, he seems to doesn't have special weaknesses to magic.

I would say since demons are near Omnipotent in their own realms_ and their alot of demons in this combined realm Big G will lose.
