Theoretically, Sinister should be immune to it, but Red's ability is very strong. It might kill him anyway if he gets a grip.Red is very fast. His tendrils can block bullets at point blank. He can probably do some damage even physically.
While I'll agree that Sinister is likely immune to the deathspores, I still give this to Red. The guy can lift and toss tanks and is more or less constantly bloodlusted. I'd assume he has some type of TP resistance since hes fought telepaths before and as far as Im aware has never been affected by them. He might not kill Sinister, but he can beat him into a pool or jelly in short order.
