Cap is said to be the Greatest H2H technician in Marvel - Deadpool is Leathal at the worst of times and he has Gods Healing factor.

Bats is the weak link here but by no means weak.
Stroke could take DP 5/5

Bats couldnt take Cap or DP though..So CapUSA and DP take this for me.
