The amount of time it's effective is based on the strength of their healing factor or immunity to the effects. He also as a device that for what ever reason he gets bfr he automatically gets teleported back. Juggernaut has required a huge piece of adamantium and asks Magneto to mold it into a armored and helmet, with the amount of adamantium he had Magneto was capable of make a suit 3 and 1/4 inch thick the teleporter device is embedded in his armor for protection.
