I made Storm one of his 5 potential mimicked powers as a benefit to him, knowing that of course Storm >>>> Northstar unless you believe other wise. 2loud won't be 2happy 2hear that.

IMO it's a definite down grade IMO but, I'll switch out Storm for Northstar. (the mimicked 50% powers are from his standard Colossus, Cyclops, Wolverine, Beast and then Northstar).

And FTR Northstar will be standing smack dab in the middle of NYC.
