spaming is to promote own web sites, if these things aint your site it is ok. But is it for own personal hits it is spaming

I am not promoting it. Its my poetry. Fine you want me to cut and past it then I will. I thought it would be easier. Its not hurting anyone.

(The Lover)

Her heart burned with the fire of a thousand suns,
and the tears in her heart had only begun.
Her face was tired but filled with hope,
while on her own she could barely cope.
Her hair was long, and wispy too,
if she desired your heart she'd play with you.
She'd playfully bat her big blue eyes,
leaving men to speak only a sigh.
She was a lover, not a fighter,
but the scars on her skin rose higher and higher.
Her body was thin, not weak, but strong,
the look in her eyes showed she'd been wronged.
She walked with the grace of a gliding ghost,
her smile brought out the boy inside most.
She cocked her head to one side whenever she spoke,
her laugh would echo if one told a joke.
She'd hold her head high as she'd fade from your sight,
on her way home for another lonely night.

Revenge is a dish best served cold!

Once apon a year gone by,
A girl ran to her room to cry,
It wasnt for love,
But for a love that was lost.

The cost of that was too much for her.
The emotion that stired wasnt that pure
She simply wished for a cure.
But none would heal, except for time.

As time past, the pain reduced!
And just as she thought it was over,
He came to light again,
And the wound re-opened.

Now she stands tall, out of the shadow that was.
Now she feels is hatered and anger all becuase,
He was what he was
If she ever see's him again he will feel the cost of that pain.

Still is the kind of R&B they play on the radio all the bloody time.
Destiny Child, Alicia Keys, Tony Braxton and so on.......... too much of it

music is a very personal subject and every one likes different stuff so lets leave it at that eh?

thats why i dont listen to the radio, all they play is crap.

indeed, some R&B is ok, but what they do is pour out with stuff that sounds excactly the same. Aint dising R&B Lara, try to read the posts before getting all defensive

I'm with BackFire on that one. We never play the radio at home. Always our own CD's.

I wasnt getting defensive finti, I was stating a fact and guess that you do have a point about some rhythem and blues artisits. but is all comes from the same place......the heart!
I dont really listen to the radio, I try not to if I can avoid it, I prefer to watch the music channels on cable, its easier if you want to change what your listening to.

If you want a really good soul R&B album get Marvin Gaye`s "Whats Going On" it is one of the best albums ever

I've heard of him but dont really know about his compositions.

try out that album, otr you maybe know one of his songs "Heard it through the grapevine"
