In. This should be quite fun. WarHawk vs Lex Luthor, I am substituiting Sinestro for Parallax. Parallax vs Ion.

im not familiar with shadow hawk/warhawk
what companty they from?

(Well Warhawk is from Justice League Unlimited. and Shadow Hawk is from Dc Comics. a Parody of batman. )

WarHawk Attacked Luthor with his Axe. Parallax then fired yellow energies at Ion.

this is luthor with his battlesuit from superman batman
he blocks the axe, and fires his knockoff repulsor rays at warhawk
ion throws up a sheild(they havent had the yellow weakness since '94 have they? and ion never had it any way so his shield stops it while darkseid goes after rayner w/ his omega effect

Rayner constructs a Green Mirror and uses the energies of the Star Heart to Blast Ion while Hal Jordan and Allan Scott both fire Green Energy at Dark Seid, and the remaining green lantern plus WarHawk use swords to try to cut off luthor's head.

firestorm comes to luthors aid, transmuting warhawks weapons to sand and his armor to magnesium powder, which he then sets fire to magnesium burns at what 8,000 degrees?
darkseid attempts omega hals ring to another dimension

War Hawk then runs... to his Jet putting on a Fire Proof Suit of Armor and grabbing a Huge Fire Hose. "Cool down. " He then fired it while Allen Scot blasts Dark Seid, distracting him from beaming Hal's ring away.

darkseid shrugs off alan and splits his omega beams to chase down the lanterns
(is this parralax as in the giant yellow lizard or does he have a host if so which host)
firestorm turns the water to more magnesium powder, and lights it, all while creatinng a mirrored bwl to funnel it back a fire suit wont stop burning Magnesium falling from the sky
he then converts supes costume to kryptonite
and batman and robins into solid lead, so they're immobile

He has a host and it is Batman. War Hawk then uses a Sonic Device to neutralize the Kryptonite and then grabs a gernade, throwing it at fire storm with a rage. The Green Lanterns run behind firestorm, tying him up with green chains so he will be hit by the Omega beams instead of them.

so you have batman as parallax and as a street leveller?
or just parallax
the grenade would hit the cloud of flaming magnesium and go off early and the omega effect can change course at right angles or dissapate depending on darkseids will he'll have it chase them
while they're dealing w/ that firestorm dissapates the chaines and Ion catches the gls (including alan scott in bubbles, while firestorm turns the calcium in their bones to cyanide
