Sentry. He could have beat WWH if he would have fought him using his other powers mainly one Speed.

if it's a version of Hulk post "Tempus Fugit", then Hulk wins imo.
Banner/Hulk had begun to seriously get in-synch, the power he was realising was immense enough for Hulk to casually rip Nightmare's head right off or for Banner to KO Abomination with a single punch.

Sentry would only be pissing him off more, by hitting him and running away... eventually Hulk would get pissed off enough to kill him.
