Naruto: The Next Century of Ninjas RP

these are the rules, and the registration

Wassup everyone. All ninja or Naruto fans join me in this sweet new rp im making. You can make your on character. You can create their jutsus.
I might even be able to upgrade you to hokage or Zounin, but it depends.

Story: 1000 years later in the Leaf Village after the Naruto Dynasty a new team of ninjas come to fight there way to see whose best. Their Hokage Lord Trinity( great, great grandson of the 7th Hokage, Uzamaki, Naruto) is guarding over his quiet village. And his wife Grandma Tsunadaes great, great grandaughter, Ororochi( a medical ninja), and their son Trinity III named after his father, and grandfather. He is still in the academy. Only 10 year old. Going to be graduating soon to become a full - fledged elite ninja and acomplishing his dreams of being the 11th Hokage of the Leaf.

Story:Years ago when fire was summoned and the Elder gods chosen heroes were at war and needed heroes to help. There was another war the war of the ninja villages. But one village The Flame Village Hidden in the Smoke fought hard. But thanks to their Hokage Demonking Kurisaki the father of Demon Kurisaki the best ninja in all the villages they stopped the war. Demon Kurisaki Trained the Styles of Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Rasenshu. Demons strongest move is called Demon strike his father teached him it before he died it’s as strong as rasengan and chadori combined. Demons Father was assonated after the war and Demon Kurisaki gathered up his squad of two friends Gaku Hitsugaya, and Yuki Matsumoto. Together they are stronger then the legendary Sannin they are Team Demon. But when Demon Kurisaki was born an Oni sealed inside of him when he was born know as the Three tail Phoenix. Everything within the area of this enormous storm is sucked towards its epicenter. Nothing survives; the water is laced with swirling chakra and makes sure of that by dicing through all but the indestructible with reckless abandon. This jutsu lasts two posts and may be moved, excruciatingly slow by its user, in order to better direct the complete obliteration of whatever city you happen to target

Water is a dangerous element, no matter how one looks at it, and at high speeds water can cut through nearly anything. Assaku Yari forces an incredible amount of water into a space as wide as a tennis ball, projecting it outwards in a long stream using the extreme pressure, the user's chakra acting as container and cannon. This technique is capable of slicing through solid stone easily and even metal cannot resist this technique forever. However, this technique can slice through human flesh and bone like a hot knife through butter, especially considering the long range this jutsu can be performed at. Can travel up to 20 meters before it becomes harmless. This jutsu does not discriminate between friend or foe.

No consider it was always real your the Kage (Hokage is only for the Leaf village.) seeing as you created it this is 1000 years maybe it was always there yet no one discovered it until lately or it rose to power with the others lately.

Story:Gaku Hitsugaya is one of the strongest ninja in the flame village hidden in the smoke. Gaku joins his best friend Demon Kurisaki Gaku trained the styles of Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu. His special jutsu’s are exploding gel maze jutsu he traps all his enemies in a gel maze that they cant jump, fly, or dig your way out. But when a wall is touched it can either explode,be hard as titanium, or spikes might come from the wall he can adjust the size of the gel maze every wall broken it takes 2 minutes to fix but drains Gakus Chakra . Gaku’s other move is gel house jutsu where he makes a house out of his gel and the house explodes when ever he wants it to. His father and Mother fought in the great ninja wars. But his mother died defending the village. His mother was friends with Demonking Kurisaki. Gaku has been training and has mastered his Gel techniques and has improved it you will find out more when you fight him he stays in a pack and can be a lone wolf if he needs to be and he has finally excepted his true powers and has married a beautiful girl from the flame village hidden in the smoke named Ame Arashi (which means rain Storm )

Sôren Sôkatsui
Rank: "S" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates two Sôkatsui.
Special: Every handseal once.
Drawback: The user is incapable of using techniques higher than "C" rank for five turns. If the attack is used later on during a fight when an opponent has a smaller amount of chakra, it will deal less damage.
Description: This ability is simply two Sôkatsui fired at the same time. However, it requires a much greater amount of chakra control than the previous. After forming the seals for the technique, the user extends both arms, placing the hands together in an "X" formation. The chakra from the technique will release itself from here, building up into an orb twice the size of the regular Sôkatsui. The orb, moving at an even greater speed then the singular Sôkatsui, will strike the opponent and, upon entering their body, begin to drain 10% of the opponent's current chakra. The opponent, however, will general feel as if nothing has happened to them. The following turn, the chakra from the opponent will release itself and surround the opponent, then come crashing down upon them. The opponent will suffer from a great amount of impact damage, depending upon the amount of chakra taken, and will stun an opponent for some time between one and four turns, depending on the amount of chakra taken from the opponent.

If a "D" Rank Amount of chakra or less was taken, then the target is stunned for 1 turn.

If a "C" Rank Amount of chakra was taken, then the target is stunned for 2 turns.

If a "B" Rank Amount of chakra was taken, then the target is stunned for 3 turns.

If a "A" Rank Amount of chakra was taken, then the target is stunned for 4 turns.

It is impossible to obtain an "S" rank amount of chakra drain from this technique.

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Attacks everything that is solid around the user, breaking it down.
Special: "Hand Seals", holding Ram
Drawback: If the technique encounters a foreign chakra, it will attempt to battle it. If the chakra it encounters is at or above "B" Rank, then this attack will do nothing. The user must charge for the attack for three turns, meaning it is impractical to use in battle.
Description: Performing the required handseals, ending and holding the Ram, the user will then sit and gather chakra for three turns. Upon the completion of the third turn, the chakra will be released into the atmosphere, attempting to attach itself to anything solid within a five meter radius around the user. The chakra, then, will begin breaking down the substance, almost like an acid. This acid effect is extremely powerful, capable of cutting through wood in one turn, stone in two, iron in three, and even diamond in four. This attack will continue until the user releases the Ram seal, and drains a "B" Rank amount of chakra per turn that the seal is held to continue the technique.

Effect: Intensifies the rays that the moon gives off to make it appear as if the moon is approaching the victim at deafening speeds.

Description: The user performs the hand sign's needed to intensify the light that the moon gives off, making it appear to get larger and larger, as if it were coming closer to the opponent, until the light is too bright to withstand, and it appears as if the moon has literally exploded. This could leave a victim blind for days, or permenantly if used correctly.






Assasination tactic

Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: concentrates a small orb like ball of chakra into the opponents wind pipe from afar, the ANBU must concentrate completely however to sustain the ball, while it combats the victim's own chakra, making it very difficult to sustain for until the opponent suffocates.
Special: Ram, dragon, boar, serpent. ((ussually one handed)
Drawback: The user is open to attack, and is recommended to be hidden while performing the jutsu.
Description: Theuser concentrates a small ball of chakra into the victims throat, making them choke on something that can't be extracted
physically. The user constantly combats the victims own chakra however, making for a hard time until the victim finally dies, and appears to have choked on their own tongue to witnesses.

In conjunction with this technique a user can do from creating a ball of water around the palm of their hands to even create a large typhoon if needed. This is the start and the true knowledge of the Bloodlimit

Depending on the distance the user is capable of using this for techniques by rank. Please look at the description for understanding.
Description: By using and understanding the formation and basics of Cryomancy the user pushes their chakra past around them in a large circle, doing this and pushing in their understanding the Bloodlimit Kaishin is capable of lowering and dropping the temperatures within the certain distance in order to create ice for their techniques to use. A conventional Ice User must have cold climate in order for the user their techniques, but with the Kaishin bloodlimit allows a user to create Ice Techniques without the option of litterally having cold climate. This technique allows the user to drop temperatures to the point of water freezing allowing the user to create Ice Techniques. When first learned the user is capable of pushing off in the distance of Five meters for the user to create their techniques, where the user drops the temperature towards the right respectable limit. Each time learned the distance increases by ten meters. When first learned the user is only capable of creating techniques of C-Rank formation. After twenty meters the distance increases to B-Rank Training and the user is capable of using B-Rank Techniques. When the user reaches the distance of fourty Meters the training increases to A-Rank Training and the user is capable of performing A-Rank Techniques. When the user reaches at the A-Rank Stage the Ice techniques can not be melted away by conventional means. The only way capable of getting through is by crushing through the ice techniques. When the distance reaches to Sixty Meters the user reaches to his final form of training and must learn the S-Rank version of this technique to perform S-Rank techniques but must be learned with a S-Rank Training.

Effect: The user creates an ice weapon of any shape or size, depending on the amount of chakra the user has, from a body of water. The weapon's liquid-like structure is an excellent medium for sound and can use sound at a much larger capacity than just with your bare hands.

Description: The user summons up water from a near by body of water, the size of a fist; the water can then be shaped into a weapon of any shape, and any size depending on the amount of chakra the user has. Drawback: The A-rank version of the technique cannot be held for more than 10 seconds for any time afterwords, the user will begin to freeze in their own ice. If the opponent has a power rank of A or S, the ice cannot contain them and they can break out within five or three turns depending on the rank.
Description: The user is coated in a fair amount of supercooled water help above their skin that gives the appearance of the user being frozen. When an opponent touches the user, the water transfers from the user to the opponent's body and solidifies into ice in one turn, rendering the opponent immobile

Ice Grave
Rank: B, S
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user sinks the opponent into ice either to his knees or completely depending on the rank of the jutsu.
Special: Dragon, ox, tiger, ox, tiger, ox, dragon
Drawback: The user must hold the last handseal and cannot move or use other jutsus while the handseal is in place. The user's feet must sink into the ice as well, and if the demonic ice floor is broken the user suffers an enormous amount of pain rendering them unconscious.
Description: The user performs the handseals creating a slender variation of the demonic ice floor and creating a multiple of demonic ice clones. The ice forms a trail from the user to the opponent. The demonic ice clones sink into the ice, travel near the opponent, grab their opponents feet (one ice clone per foot) and begin to pull the opponent into the icy floor. Depending on the rank of the technique, the opponent may sink down to knee level or sink completely into the ice leading to what might either be a beating that can't be ran away from or an untimely death.
