I wonder. Franklin and Nate couldn't defeat Onslaught nor hurt him at all...

If its onslaught with franklins powers then he wins.

I would assume that it would be Onslaught with both Nate and Franklin, otherwise it's a somewhat greatly reduced Onslaught.

Onslaught was tapping into the powers of a character said to be an equal to The Celestials. Onslaught himself was stated at similar levels... so he should beat Thanos and Darksied.
