Fortunately X-23 can easily heal things like a broken neck.

How do you know that vital organs would put her down? You don't....

And how the hell is Arana going to remove her organs?

Not to mention the huge skill advantage X-23 has.

Not to mention the huge skill advantage X-23 has. strikes to the brain put wolverine down and in the bio it says removing vital organs can kill her

and using her carapace she could tear them out, and the skill advantage isnt huge, its there it isnt huge though.
