I say this too. Neron at best can give the likes of Spectre or Lords of Order and Chaos a match.

I don't know Neron too well. I haven't seen him do anything too amazing. I think Mephisto wins. But I always thought Marvel's cosmic hierarchy was ordered completely wrong.
