hmm, seems like the "Fulcrum" is just another term/side for "Cosmic Consonance"... perhaps it's the biological aspect of consonance, whereas what Galatus serves is at the the ultimate - universal/omniversal - level of balance?

To me it seems like the Celestials have partially taken over the roles of the Race of Gods Aegis and Tenebrous belonged too, so they would still serve Cosmic Consonance just working under different perimeters then there precessors.
