Not sure if Kalibak has been upgraded as of late, but if not it should be one hell of a brawl.

Back in the day, Classic Drax would have beaten down classic Kalibak. Current Drax vs. classic would have been an ok fight, with Kalibak winning if Drax tried to slug it out and not use any tactics.

As of right now? Kalibak was boosted to the point where he beat the tar out of Orion, who has used Kalibak as a punching bag for their entire history. Drax is nowhere near that powerful right now.
