God Spawn is rumored to be more powerful than The Mother Of Existence/Man of Miracles, which is Image's version of TOAA/The Presence. However, IMO, MoE/MoM isn't on TOAA or The Presence level. Scathan is up there in power next to The Living Tribunal.
